After many years of thinking about it, imagining it, planning it, I have finally dipped my toes into the water and planned a little yoga retreat! It is not huge, it is not epic, not to anyone but me, and I couldn't be more excited! August 25 - 27, 2017!
hat is this retreat? Happy that you have read this far to ask! This retreat is a mini break from the every day. A little yoga mixed, with a little sunshine, mixed with a little food, mixed with a little wine. Here is a summary of what to expect on the weekend:
- Arrive at the accommodations and enjoy some light snacks and an evening yoga nidra
- Wake up to some early morning yoga
- Hearty and healthy breakfast
- An afternoon inspiring talk with a guest speaker
- A family style dinner catered from a holistic chef
- A restorative yin yoga class
- Morning hatha yoga class
- A healthy breakfast
- Travel back to Vancouver
