Need to recharge your mind, body and oh yes, your soul? Grab a bolster or a rolled up yoga mat and enjoy.

  • Step 1:  Find a comfortable seated position
  • Step 2: Take a bolster or mat, and scoot it up to your body
  • Step 3: Gently fold your spine down along the bolster, until you are fully on your back
  • Step 4: Find a comfortable position you can relax in, close your eyes and breathe
